Medieval Dinner and Performance (May 21)
Welcome to the tavern, which will take you hundreds of years back - to the ancient Middle Ages! Let your senses take you on a 3-hour journey through the middle ages in our dark, mysterious and yet romantic atmosphere. You will be entertained by swordsmen, jugglers and belly dancers while listening to folk music and feasting on a delicious 5-course dinner with unlimited beer and wine. Immerse yourself in the medieval Bohemian experience and you wouldn’t want to return back to the present. Time: 7:45-10:45pm

Nuclear Bunker Tour - This 2.5-hour tour explores Prague’s Cold War history, beginning with the political realities of life under the Iron Curtain before descending into a massive 1950s fallout shelter. City Center Food & Beer Tour (May 22)
Dive into Berlin Mitte, the heart of the capital on a 3-hour voyage full of German food and beer. See and experience everything from Berlin’s best currywurst to cultural spots that shaped the nation. This tour weaves together the fabric of the city. Visit its hidden courtyards, enjoy beer tastings including a Berliner Weisse beer cocktail and a flight of six craft beers, taste street food Berlin is famous for such as kebab, flammkuchen, and donuts, and find serenity in the quiet elegance of Museum Island. This is an immersive experience of the city’s unique heritage you need to experience. Time: 4:00-7:00pm
Urban Transport Bike Tour (May 23)

While following a fixed, educational route, the experience is highly tailored to the your specific interests—in this case, focusing on urban planning and transportation. Note: cost does not include bike rental; we will provide instructions on where to rent bikes and you will pay them directly when you get the bikes Time: 2-2.5 hour tour can start anytime from 10:30am to 3:00pm; it is less congested earlier in the day, but you can experience biking infrastructure at its peak if you start around 3:00pm.

Since we're only proposing one booked activity for Amsterdam, figured we would throw in some ideas for your extra time: Rijsttafel Dinner - An Amsterdam rijsttafel ("rice table") is a must-try Indonesian banquet featuring dozens of small, flavorful dishes served with rice. Originating from Dutch colonial times, this shared feast balances spicy, sweet, savory, and bitter flavors, including satay, beef rendang, and sambal. Suggested restaurants are Kartika or Sampurna. Be sure to book ahead. Explore Noord neighborhood: Take a free 5-minute ferry from behind the Central Station to get there. Here are some highlights: STRAAT Museum: This is a massive warehouse dedicated entirely to Street Art and Graffiti. It is world-class and a bit different than a traditional art museum. A’DAM Lookout: Right next to the ferry, this tower offers a 360° view of the city. For the brave, there is "Over the Edge"—Europe’s highest swing. Pllek: A restaurant/bar built out of old shipping containers with an urban beach. It’s the ultimate spot for a casual dinner with a view of the skyline

Kayak Rental (May 26)
This kayak excursion offers a unique, active perspective of Ghent’s medieval skyline, allowing you to paddle directly through the heart of the historic center. Starting from the scenic Korenlei, this three-hour rental of a tandem kayak provides ample time to navigate the city's intricate canal network, gliding past iconic landmarks like the Gravensteen Castle and the stunning guild houses of the Graslei at their own pace. The rental includes all necessary gear—such as life jackets, paddles, and a waterproof bag for valuables—along with a brief safety orientation and access to on-site lockers and changing facilities. It’s a flexible, self-guided adventure that perfectly balances sightseeing with a bit of light exercise. Time: available in 3-hour increments from 9:00am - 6:00pm

The Le Foodist "Paris Evening Cooking Class with Market Visit" is a comprehensive six-hour culinary immersion that transforms a classic dinner into a deep dive into French culture. The experience begins at 4:30 PM with a guided visit to a local market to source fresh produce, where your chef shares insider stories about Parisian market culture, seasonal ingredients, and the unique role of food merchants in France. Hidden London Euston Tube Station Tour (May 31)
